Stephanie Bales
Varsity, Head Coach
Coach Steph has coached at North Tahoe High School since 2013. She was born and raised in San Jose where she played for the San Jose State Women's Soccer Team. She loves working with the girls and has provided a platform for the program to grow and win. The program has won three state championships in her tenure.

Laura DesLauriers
Program, Assistant Coach
Laura has loved the game of soccer for most of her life. Growing up in Berkley California, she found the game between the cross country and track seasons in California. Laura is most loved for her strength and conditioning sessions. She currently leads the Ski and Independent Study Academy at NTHS, and has served as the school's Athletic Director.

Jeff Couwenhoven
Junior Varsity, Head Coach
Jeff is coming off his first season working with the NTHS Girls Soccer Program. He left the role of Executive Director at Truckee River United Football Club in November of 2022. He has coached the game of soccer off and on for the last 14 years and loves to develop players in our area to be the best they can be.
